We strive to create an experience and an environment that is tranquil, nurturing and comfortable as we focus on the individual needs of each client we serve.
Cancellation
Salon and spa services require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. Any guest who cancels after the required time frame will be charged up to 100% of the service amount depending on attendance history and whether or not we are able to fill your spot.
Timing
In order for you to enjoy your experience at Mesha Salon and Spa, we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Anyone arriving late for an appointment risks the possibility of not receiving the service.
Considerations
Mesha Salon and Spa strives to offer a relaxing, tranquil environment for our guests. While we understand that there are periodic challenges relating to childcare, if possible, we would prefer children under 12 not accompany you to the salon unless they have an appointment.
